I purchased a ROKU Express 3930R and I'm trying to order the extender. I have tried every possible way of entering the serial # but nothing works. I keep getting a message that the # is incorrect. The first letter is upper-case S followed by (1)2-upper case O's (2)2-lower case o's or (3)2-zeros. The rest are the #'s 839 followed by 6 upper-case letters that are very obvious what they are. Is it just ROKU's page or what? There aren't any other combinations available in the English language.
Thanks for any help.
Maybe I'm an idiot but I believe the "extender" is no different from
a regular HDMI cable. Which are available everywhere in all kinds of lengths.

Well, if that's the case then I am an idiot. I've never seen one. I was going by what a friend had suggested. Thanks, Boogernose!!
Well maybe theyre are different types
female at one end and male at the other.
But I think you want the more common male v male.
As it turns out, I don't need the extender, thank God. The connection from the HDMI port to the "stick" is long enough to sit it on the table. SCORE!!! Thanks again for the help, Boogernose. (BTW, that's what I used to call my brother when we were brats. 😂😂
