Using a roku streaming stick on 3 TVs. All 3 are not responding. Changed batteries in the remote and tried pairing. Remote appears to be trying to pair but the stick itself is not responding. Performed a factory reset. Able to use the remote just fine during the process. Get to the very end of the reset screen says all done but it becomes unresponsive again! Tried to pair the remote again, no luck. The green light on the remote flashes but the pair screen never shows. I conclude remote is fine and wireless connection is fine. All 3 streaming sticks are unresponsive. Sent an email to customer support. Anyone have any more ideas??

You can't use just any Roku remote on any Roku device. And if you have an IR only remote it won't work with a Stick at all, as all Roku Stick players use WiFi direct remotes only. And newer remotes are not compatible with the older Sticks.
So, what Roku player do you have? Model number, not just a name, please.
