I had the same question and finally did an online chat with Samsung. This is what she said to do, and it worked. Get the Samsung remote - see the "SOURCE" button on the top right corner? Toggle it. That took me to the HDMI 1 and 2 and when it was on HDMI 1, it switched to my Cable TV and I clicked the "Select" button on the Cable remote and was back in TV Cable viewing.
