Spectrum App Blurry

Spectrum app has been blurry for
Weeks! Other apps are not blurry. Also, we have another roku in another room that is not blurry when watching Spectrum. So we need a new roku in this room?

What model Roku player do you have? Some of the older players are no longer supported.

Re: Spectrum App Blurry

Your Roku with the blurry display might need an HDMI extender to eliminate interference from your TV.
Also, how far from your wifi router is it? Maybe it's too far to get a consistent connection.
Yeah, I got some Rokus.

Re: Spectrum App Blurry

We have an HDMI extender
And the Router is only about 10-15 feet away and on the same floor. The one further away and upstairs works better. Is the type of roku I have still supported do you know?

Re: Spectrum App Blurry

We have this same issue, but only on 1 tv. And the Spectrum app is the only one that's blurry. The Disney+ app is super clear.

@larag1028

Thanks for the inquiry.

Try removing the channel from the Roku home screen by navigating to the channel tile, pressing the * key on your remote and choosing 'Remove channel'. Then restart your device from Settings>System>System restart. Once your player starts up again, add the channel back once more.

If the issue remains unresolved, I'd recommend reaching out to Spectrum directly to report the issue and request additional support. Many channels on the Roku platform are developed and maintained by the channel provider directly, and they'll be able to best assist. If other channels are working correctly, and you only experience this issue on the Spectrum channel (app), that is likely an indication that the issue lies within that particular channel. In these cases, the channel provider will need to investigate the issue in order to help resolve it.

You can reach Spectrum support here: https://www.spectrum.net/contact-us/

Thanks,
Danny
