Roku goes to home screen specifically when I pause a video.

Unlike what I've seen others post about, this isn't after a couple minutes its 100% immediately when I pause anything I go back to the home screen. Whether I press the ok or pause/play button, and whether or not I have bandwidth saver on or not as soon as I pause or if I'm lucky; when I unpause. I see the Roku logo do a little animation and then back to the home after a few seconds of black screen and animation. I'm using the Roku SE model, if that makes a difference; I haven't seen much on here about the se.

sounds like the Channel is crashing.

Which Channel is doing this?

I also have this problem. It happens on every channel. Minimal pause time.

@Woodwar1

Thanks for the post.

Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model
-serial number
-device ID
-software OS/version
(these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing

Once we have this information we will be able to pass it along to the appropriate team to investigate further.

Thanks,
Danny
