Roku App

I recently purchased a new Samsung 4K UHD TV and we have downloaded several apps, they all seem to work fine except the Roku Channel app. When I play any show of movie on this app there is a absolutely no sound. Every other downloaded app works perfectly fine. Anyone having these issues or can a suggestion to fix be provided??? I contacted Samsung and was told to contact Roku as they don’t support third party apps
