No sound from TV after using Headset

I no longer have sound via TV with my Roku Ultra after using it with my earphones. The software version is 9.00 build 4142-29. Can anyone assist?

I have never used earphones with my Roku Ultra, but have you tried restarting your Roku or just unplugging it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in to restart it?
