New Roku Express Playing video in top left 1/4 of screen

I have a new Roku Express that is only displaying video in the top 1/4 of the screen. The home screen of the Roku and the home screens of Apps use the full screen but anytime I go to actually play a video it only uses the top left (Netflix, Hulu, amazon prime video, and Disney+). I have restarted the Roku, checked for updates, and unplugged. The TV I have is a Samsung Model #LN40B500p3fxza. How can I get the player to play on the full screen. RokuExpress still has this issue. I got a new one in November & this issue started a few weeks ago. Express+ has the same issue & I tried the fixes in that thread - nothing works

All apps are up-to-date, same for the device. Tried restarting Roku. Resetting it. Nothing.
