New Movies Will Not Play

Recently I find I cannot play any movies I have not seen before on my NOWTV Roku device.

If I try to play a movie I have previously watch - everything works as expected. However, if I play something I have not seen before, when I click on the movie I am taken to the App selection page. I cannot play the movie.

The same is happening on TV episodes. When I select to watch the next episode after viewing the previous one, it just takes me to the app selection page. The only way I can see the next episode is to go back to the home screen and if the 'watch next episode' section has updated I can select that and view the program.

I've rebooted/restarted everything and tried to check for software updates.
