How to turn off voice assistant on roku 4K+.

My new Roku Express 4K+ has a voice assistant who has to tell me exactly what I am looking at with every click of the remote.  Very annoying.  How do I disable it?

Press * on your remote four times and/or disable the Screen Reader in Accessibility settings.
