Garbled Sound

We have a roku ultra, new Samsung tv, new samsung sound bar with subwoofer and frequently experience garbled sound when the all the equipment is turned on. Changing the source from the tv remote from hdmi 2 to hdmi 1  fixes the problem. Any suggestions?

Thanks for the post.

Have you tried switching the Roku device to the other HDMI port that you are not experiencing the issue with as well as using another HDMI cable to see if that helps?

I think it is how I setup the Samsung tv. I will contact their support tomorrow to see if that helps. I have tried 3 different cables. Thanks for the suggestion I’ll give it a try.
