I just bought and set up the Roku express. Internet connection states “excellent” and it is fully updated. Every time I try to use Hulu or Netflix I get an error code and it will not play either app. I have returned and exchanged my Roku in hopes that would resolve the solution but it is still not working
The first time I checked there was no update but I went back and checked again for the update and there was one. I updated and it is working now
