Blue screen issue

I have the Roku 4k. Initially upon purchase I was experiencing issues getting to connect to our internet. I was about to send it back but was able to resolve that issue. Now I'm getting a blue screen instead of the home screen. I have reset the device, unplugged and reconnected cables (it's connected directly to my TV) and restarted several times. The Roku ID screen displays and then blue screen every time. There has to be some form of remedy for this! Any successful recommendations would be greatly appreciated

I am having this same issue! Done everything nothing changes it!! Did you ever get a response?
