Black screen after update

I plugged in the device, connected to my network, signed in, everything. Then it did an auto update, completed the auto update, and now all I get is a black screen. I unplugged it & plugged it back in, and when I do, the blue ROKU letters bounce on the screen, but instead of going to the menu, it goes black. It was working before the update.
