To preface, I have tested this using my television speakers alone and my soundbar with multiple apps (PBS, Hulu, Netflix and Prime). My audio is randomly cutting out in all combinations and I cannot figure out what to do. I could watch for twenty minutes and all of a sudden the audio goes out for ten seconds.
So, I can't get help from Roku and no one in here can give me a hand? Maybe it's time to go with Apple. I'll use my PlayStation until then.
We are experiencing the same issue. I would really like an answer to the problem myself!

Ours just started doing that. Changed batteries, again, so we will see
I've a somewhat similar audio issue, and support from Roku continues to decline. I'm now ready to look at any other smart TV or streaming vendor, due to this lack of chat or phone support.
