Audio/Video not in sync with one channel. Nothing has worked to fix.

Hi, I've tried all the suggestions in other posts to fix this and NOTHING is working.

It's a workout streaming channel.

It starts off in sync and within 10 seconds, it's totally out and can't be remedied.

Insignia Roku TV

I've resorted to doing a screen mirror from the computer which isn't great.
