wireless internet not being received by ROKU TV

My barely one year old ROKU TV has stopped connecting to my wireless internet.

I have tr

Turning off and turning on the TV

Resetting my router (twice)

Confirming I have internet on all my other devices

I have a google chromecast because Roku for some insanely stupid decision will not support HBO Max.  I have been able to use this as a workaround but it's stupid to have to do this.  Anyone know why this stupid piece of **bleep** TV doesn't work.  I am almost 100% convinced I wasted my money.  I **bleep** sure would not recommend Roku.  This "customer service" is just shouting into a void.

No guarantees, but this has always worked for me when I've needed to re-establish the WiFi connection on a Roku device:

Reboot your router (Yes, do this even if your other devices have no problem finding and connecting to your network.)

When your router comes back up, restart your Roku via:
Separate Roku device: Settings > System > System restart
Roku TV: Settings > System > Power > System restart

Reconnect to your network via Settings > Network > Set up connection

If this still doesn't work, try pulling the power plug on your Roku for a minute or so then plugging it back in. When it's finished restarting, try to reconnect the network again.
