anyone know how to exit out of roku and return tv to uverse service?  thanks

You probably need to change the TV's input or source.

Yes switch the HDMI port with the TV's remote.

I have heard some reports that this can also be done with a programmable switch on

the fancier remotes. But I cant verify this.
