Hooking up problem

I hooked up my Roku, went through steps to connect with my hot spot, now all i have seen for 5 minutes is a blank screen. Any suggestions please

Can you tell us what were the steps leading up to the blank screen that you are seeing? Were you trying to activate the device? Have you tried performing a factory reset on your device and seeing if you resolves the issue that you are experiencing?
