I've tried all the helpful hints to fix my HDMI4 no signal, but nothing is working. I've disconnected the cords, checked the updates & still I am unable to view anything. The TV is in good condition, I can still view Prime, Hulu, Netflix. Please HELP as I'm technologically challenged..🤷🏾♀️💆🏾♀️🤦🏽♀️
It's not clear what you're asking. How are you viewing Prime, etc.? Is this a smart TV with those apps? Are you saying your Roku works to view the noted channels, but nothing else? If you have an HDMI4, I assume you have HDMI1 through HDMI3. Have you tried connecting to them?
