Excellent connection yet it freezes and and downloads often on several TVs
with Roku devices on three TVs,during programs picture will freeze or pictulate and say it is downloading and then come back on in several seconds or sometimes go off and i have to reconnect to Spectrum channel. I have checked connections - says they are excellent. I put in a new last year. This issue keeps coming up.
