I have a several years old roku stick; have used it successfully with prior internet provider. Today I got a new provider. When Roku asks for the password for the provider, I get the message that it can't connect. Tried numerous times on two different sticks. I am connected to several devices in my home. What's up? And I can't raise anyone at Roku.
