We understand that your Hisense Roku TV is not updating. We will be glad to help you with this issue further.
To clarify, did you receive a prompt on your Roku TV to update the software, or did you try to update the software manually?
In the meantime, I recommend you try the following troubleshooting steps.
Restart your Roku TV:
- Press the Home button of your Roku remote
- Scroll down and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Power then System restart
- You can also unplug the power cable to restart your Hisense Roku TV.
Restart your router/modem:
- To restart your router, check the instructions from your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or router manufacturer. In some cases, you can simply unplug it and plug it back in, and in other cases, you may need to press a reset button on the device.
