Hey Streamers!

Ever felt like you caught a gremlin in the system? Whether it's a baby ripple or a full-blown tidal wave, we'll scoop up those pesky posts right here, take a peek under the hood, and keep you in the loop about patching things up. 🛠

Who can post?

A Roku moderator will verify the issue, make the initial post on the Issue Tracking Board, and add any related threads by merging other posts on the Community that are reporting the same issue. If you think you're seeing an issue that you'd like to see investigated, go ahead and post in one of the applicable forums here, and if we believe the issue is impacting a lot of folks, we'll move it over to the Issue Tracking Board.

If the issue you're currently experiencing is on the Issue Tracking Board, go ahead and reply right there! This helps us gather more information so that we can get it solved quickly.

Status Labels & What They Mean

  • Newly Reported: Fresh intel! This issue's on our radar, and we're in the early reconnaissance phase. If it's linked with a specific channel, we're aligning with them for a strategic solution.

  • Under InvestigationOur tech analysts are deep diving. We might ping you for additional data, so keep those antennas up!

  • Pending Release Eureka! We've decoded the issue. The fix is queued for the upcoming software dispatch. Your patience is golden – thank you!

  • FixedMission accomplished! We're archiving the thread post-resolution, but if this anomaly decides to reboot, don’t hesitate to initialize a new thread.

  • ReopenedA slight hiccup; the issue has rebooted or wasn’t fully resolved. We're re-engaging our systems for a recheck.

  • Won't FixAfter rigorous analysis, we're tabling this one. But, rest assured, we'll share our rationale.

  • Not an IssuePost-investigation, it appears we've chased a phantom. We’ll break down our findings for clarity.

  • Waiting on partnerWe're in a cooperative mode. The resolution lies in tandem with a channel or TV ally.

🤔 How You Can Chip In 

Occasionally, we might need some backup:

  • Spotting the same glitch? Reply to the thread and let us know what you're seeing!
  • Is your Roku model acting up in particular? Pin the model to your post using "Associated Products" on the right.
  • Do us a solid: Whip up a Tracker ID and post it with the last 2 digits of your Roku Device ID.
