Re: Channel tiles missing from Home Screen
Did try this & it didn't work, occasionally toggling from home & to the left I would momentarily see the Icons, then they would disappear.
Restarting from the menu did not fix the problem either.
Occasionally the screen gets "stuck" halfway between home & the menu on the left.

Re: All channels on the Roku home screen became blank.
Thank you, but no that did not solve the issue (I had already tried that).

Re: Channel tiles missing from Home Screen
@RokuAustin I have 2 devices doing this, I accidently left the one powered overnight (which should be OK, I just usually unplug them) , Wednesday to Thursday, that's when it started. Thought a restart would help, but didn't
Noted my other unit started this absence of tiles, this morning.
Get you info this evening, Thanks.

Re: home page channel icons disappearing
Like many others, tried solution offered of system restart and also unplug/plug in and neither working.
We have 3 roku tv's. Is there a new solution that has been offered or a new work around?

@Jtdemd12 Thank you! If you go to Home > Settings > System > About, it appears that the TV is not linked to your email address. If you do not see your email address at the top of the About screen, you'll need to activate the TV again. To do this, navigate to Settings > System > Advanced Settings and choose the option for a factory reset, then go through the prompts to re-activate the TV, and you should be good to go.
