I have Roku Express. Used it for 3 years without any issues.

Home internet/wireless are working fine for other devices. Connected Roku HDMI and power lines are still the same. But started today the launching process does not complete.

Once I turned on TV it starts launching, shows Roku logo name, Radius refreshing then screen changes back to black then restart the launching process again. The screen is just looping the start mode over and over.

I've tried the reset but did not work. What should I do? Please help. Thank in advance.

Ok, Factory reset is done now. Lost previous settings. Interesting.

Oh well as long as I can enjoy Roku again. I am all set.
