I just bought a Roku Premier. I'm at the Activate your Roku player screen and it wants me to put in my email address. However, I am unable to arrow down to the space. The only option I have is back (<). Has anyone else had this problem? Please and thanks. Bets

I am having the same problem. And cannot figure out how I get to Settings. Does anyone know where that is?
Settings doesn't exist until you get through the initial setup. It's not clear what you're trying to do, but try different buttons on the remote and see what happens.

Have you tried performing a factory reset on your Roku device to see if you can retrieve another activation code that will allow you to proceed further in the setup process?
