roku is not providing support with anything, period! i was finally able to get on line with them , in chat, but the lady  kept misunderstanding me, kept trying to bill me for re-activation fees, kept offering to upgrade my new players.. wow.... she made no sense... Smiley Happy oh, their toll free number does not work.... one their tech pageSmiley Happy

You were not talking to Roku support. They don't have a toll free number, and they never charge activation or support fees. You contacted a scam site, and I hope you didn't give them a credit card number, or any personal information.

Please be aware that Roku will never charge for activating a device or charge for support.
