Roku and Xbox setup to Samsung Smart TV

I need help connecting Roku and Xbox to Samsung Smaart TV. It was connected and worked, then when I changed rooms, it did nto work properly. I hae worked on every combination I can see for over 6 hours now and can not fine Roku help. Please lay out procedure for me [personal information removed]
