I just installed a new Roku Premiere. The logo comes on and then the unit does not progress to the language set-up screen. Any idea how to proceed?

How are you powering the device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into the wall out with the provided cable and adapter.

I connected the player using the cable and power adapter that came with this unit plugged to a wall power jack. This is the third player that I obtained and they all do the same thing.

Have you tried switching out the HDMI cable used to connect the device or using another HDMI port on the TV?
