We just bought an express and it is stuck on the boot screen. We have done the 30 second reset button hold. What do I do next?
Make sure you're using the supplied power adapter. If you're already doing that, take it back.
I used the provided cables and it doesn’t go past the boot screen

How are you powering the Roku device? Is the device plugged into the TV USB port or is it connected to a wall outlet? Have you tried performing a factory reset on the Roku device to see if you are able to get past the logo screen?
