Hdmi

I just added the roku ultra and to my 4K tvin order to add Disney+ I took the HDMI cable from  my cable box and and used that to try it. It was working fine - now when I go back to try it again it’s saying no signal- My internet connection is fine- do I need a special HDMI cable?

How are you powering the device? Is it plugged into the TV USB port or is it plugged into the wall with the provided cable and adapter?

I'm also getting No Signal with my HDMI connection for my Roku Express.  The power supply is plugged into the wall outlet

The HDMI cable is connected to the Roku device and the TV HDMI input

Does the light illuminate on the front of the Express?  Are you sure you've selected the proper input on your TV?  Try them all.

I would suggest a factory reset, but if you answer RokuDanny's questions, he could give you a better solution.
