called in to roku to get help with my TCL roku tv only for the guy to tell me I need a new account and he had to charge me a fee which I refuse yelled at him and hung up he then called me back several times telling me to suck his **bleep** and continued doing this till my son answered and went off on him this is very poor customer service and when I called back this morning I was told I dialed the wrong number no one would of done this !!!!!! But they did and I will never buy another roku device in my life that was pure ignorance
