I have Roku TVs in all of my units at my small hotel. All units are in Guest Mode and they select their own Check out dates. All units reset at 11AM. Problem I am having is then the new guests arrive and enter their new check out dates, all the apps and features will not load. I am left with only "add Channel" or "TV Off" as a clickable option. I have guest mode protected with a PIN which seems to be required to add a channel. But this is MY pin and I don't want to give it out. SOMETIMES it works the way it should with all apps becoming available after the check in date is entered but this is the exception. Any advice?
