Why does it allow me to download the Zumba app but it doesn’t open up completely and send me back to home page?
It's probably an issue on their end. Being a fitness company, there is probably some 3rd party handling the servers.
Yeah, it's December and it still doesn't work. Works just fine on my Chromecast, so it's def a Roku issue.

If you cannot play videos from one channel after attempting the suggestions on the link, videos from other channels play fine; contact the channel provider's customer support team to report the issue and get help. Channels on Roku are maintained by the channel developers themselves.
In this case, an issue within that specific channel likely needs to be addressed with an update from the channel developer.
