Outdoor cameras with floodlight

Do the outdoor cameras only work with 2.3 g? I have 5 g and need to know before I purchase. Thanks

Please be advised that before you get started, make sure your smartphone or tablet is connected to your 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, as the Roku cameras are only compatible with this network.
