My brand new devices came with the wrong remote controlers

I bought two brand new roku express 4k+ devices and they both came with the wrong remote controls. How do I contact someone to get the right products that I purchased?

You should return them to the retailer.

If there is other information you can offer as to why returning to the retailer may not be the thing to do, please share.
