As of now, closed captioning is not available in picture-in-picture mode on the Roku streaming platform. If you're using the Roku mobile app and trying to use picture-in-picture closed captioning, it won't work. However, if you're only watching the Roku Channel on the Roku Mobile app, you will be able to see the closed captioning.
