Help me Why is Roku giving me all these problems?

1. Why are they charging me $3.41 every single month? What is it for?

 

2. Why when I log in, I have to keep getting a code from my email, I log in every single day and every single day I need a code. I am sick of it. When will it stop, what do I have to do to make this stop?

 

3. I signed up with a 3 day free trial for sling tv, Why Was I charged 2 times for a full month at the maximum price of $60.00 twice for $120.00 as soon as i signed up.

I got an email and text message that I was charged, However It is is pending mode.

Sling has a promotion where its $10 for blue, $10 for Orange or $20 for both, Yet I was charged $60 and twice, when I should have been charged nothing. As it was a 3 day free trial.

It sounds really frustrating! For the monthly charge, it might be a subscription you didn’t notice, so checking your account settings could help. As for the login code, that’s usually a security feature, but you might be able to change it in your account settings too. Regarding the Sling TV charges, definitely reach out to their customer service; they should clarify the billing error.
