It looks like your TV is running an outdated OS. Have you tried checking for a manual update to see if you can obtain the latest OS 11.5 build? Then once your Roku device has been updated, can you try checking to see if the issue you are experiencing is still occurring? If so, can you please provide more recent information that we requested?

@RokuDanny-R Thank you. Not sure how it's outdated since I checked for System Update for software updates last weekend. I will check again the next time I'm at my rental which should be later this month.
