No. I doubt if there is any basic streaming device that would support that. They are all built around common chipsets (most Roku's use RealTek), and that limits what they support. 1080p60 or 2160p60 might be the max.

The other issue would be what services would support 120Hz? Outside of possibly some experimental YouTube videos, I doubt any streaming service support that. If you want to stream local content, then you need something more higher-end than a Roku.
