The diner seems to be from the movie titled Diner.

The restaurant table on the sidewalk in the foreground might be from Lady and the Tramp.

Way in the back, Seattle Space Needle might be Sleepless in Seattle.

Also way in the back, in between Stark Tower and the monster by the Golden Gate Bridge, is the rock plateau from Close Encounters of the Third Kind. 

The building in the foreground full of huge screens is likely a reference to Bladerunner.

There are only 3 ninja turtles because there were only 3 original tmnt movies and when they were released on vhs each movie cover had one of the turtles faces on it....
