roku tv update oct 29 2022, now not able to connect to internet
have contacted Philips and roku support and explained. both blame it each other or on my ISP. but it worked fine for years until immediately after roku tv update. smart tv just downgraded to dumb tv in 60 seconds. no fix offered by any of the parties mentioned.

I wrote to the maker of my wi/fi hotpot (Franklin) and they immediately responded with a fix for this problem.
It involved creating a custom APN to workaround the effects of the recent Roku tv update.
What was the custom APN you ended up using?

I used fast.t-mobile/ipv4. franklin said roku trouble with ipv6 is a known issue.
Try power cycling the TV if your ONN won't connect to WiFi. Any transient bugs will likely be eliminated by doing this. If this doesn't work, try restarting both the router and the TV while checking for any loose connections on either.
