my onn roku tv is only a couple months old, it usually goes to sleep mode pretty often but at some point it would remove all channels and i could only access anything using search > apps OR settings > input brightness > input select

this was bad but manageable and doing a factory reset fixed it for less than a month. today I turned it back on after it only being off for 3 hours and everything besides my theme is gone.

I can access my inputs and apps but only from the mobile app and the remote works fine once something is actually open too. I have no idea what to do

We're glad to assist you with your problem with your Roku TV. Kindly try to restart your system and see if it fixes the issue. Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step). You can also try to power cycle your Roku device by unplugging it from the power outlet and plugging it back again. This may clear out any temporary data and resolve any temporary performance issues.
