Hello Friend,

I am looking for firmware download link for my Smart Sharp roku TV model LC-50LBU711U

My TV currently got stuck at the start screen and nothing is happen through remote. my remote is working i can power off and on TV. 

Due to TV stuck i can't see roku ID

Try 7224X.  You can get the device's serial number from the list of your devices at https://my.roku.com.

You might want to try a factory reset or "Recovery mode" if your TV supports it.

My tv stuck on lets get started screen, i can only power off and power on my tv using remote. Please guide me how i can install provided firmware through usb flash drive
