So far Im not impressed with Roku or the company. TV would not update nor work upon initial connecyion to internet. Started theUSB update and gets to entering a 6 digit number from computer to TV and fails.
Telephone support promised a call back in 25 min. Never came. New wait times went from 50 min to 3 plus hours to closed.
problem stemmed from fHDMI connection from iphone
Youtube plays fine. Movie traiers play fine. Movies themselves have either video or sound but not both
