Tv not showing a picture when I go to play a movie and I don’t know why

Can anybody help me!! My tv works just fine except when I go to play a movie. It then goes black and no sound happens but the subtitles still go. It happens on every movie channel like Netflix, Hulu, hbo max, etc. the tv is just fine until I go to play a movie. How can I fix this

Do you have a "Roku TV" or a Roku device connected to a TV?
