I've recently received my tv today and it was working properly but suddenly the tv developed issues of it crashing and restarting and sometimes the tv would get stuck on the boot up screen.

What brand and model number is the Roku TV. What specifically are you seeing? What are you doing when this issue occurs? Does it happen on a specific channel or when watching specific content?

It's a TCL 50 inch ROKU tv the model number is 50S425
