I recently factory reset my Roku Tv and when it came back on my remote didnt work on the tv except the power button. i have a Roku Voice Remote and it does not have a reset button on the back. I Recovery Reset on my tv and the remote worked and when that reset was finished it went back to the “Let’s get Started” screen and my remote stopped working on the TV again.

The pairing button is either on the back or inside the battery compartment.  Some voice remotes don't have a pairing button - you put it in pairing mode by pressing and holding both the Home and Back button (next to Home) at the same time until the green light starts flashing.
