TV keeps rewinding everything

Our Roku TV keeps doing the 10 second rewind regardless of what we do. We have unplugged it for 5 minutes, disconnected the Internet and have done a factory reset (only could be done when the Internet wasn't connected because it deleted the numbers as I pressed them). It just randomly started doing this today and we can't watch or do anything without it rewinding. Even on the home screen it beeps like someone is hitting a button.

    • Are you getting any error messages or error codes while trying to play a content?
